Alan Umbenhower is an Associate Broker and Farm Manager with deep roots in Lucas County, Iowa. Born and raised on his family’s farm just west of Chariton, Alan developed a lifelong connection to agriculture and rural living. After graduating from Chariton High School, he spent 14 years in the grain handling and feed business, building a strong foundation in agribusiness.
In 1991, Alan transitioned into the real estate and farm management industry, where he has since built a reputation for reliability, integrity, and hands-on experience. He continues to live and work on the land. Alan is married to Lisa and together they have four children and four grandchildren.
