Born and raised in Chariton, Elyssa has a deep-rooted love for southern Iowa. The land, the people, and the strong sense of community have shaped her identity and continue to inspire her work every day. After spending a few years living across the country while her husband, Ethan, served in the U.S. Army, she developed an even greater appreciation for the values she grew up with: close-knit community, the support of family and friends, and the comfort of home.
Now back in southern Iowa, Elyssa and Ethan are raising their son, Miles, in the very place that means the most to them. Her passion for real estate led her to design and build their home from the ground up, and that same passion fuels her career helping others find or create a place of their own. Alongside real estate, she and Ethan also invest in and manage rental properties, giving them a strong understanding of the importance of quality housing and responsible property ownership.
In addition to her real estate work, Elyssa co-owns Haring Drain Solutions, a drain cleaning business serving the local area. Whether through homeownership or reliable local service, she is committed to supporting and strengthening her community.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, making music, and capturing life’s moments through photography. Her deep roots, diverse skills, and genuine care for the people she serves are what make her not just a trusted real estate professional, but a dedicated neighbor and community member.
