Meet Michelle Folkerts: Administrative Assistant with a Passion for Precision and Community
Michelle Folkerts grew up in Melrose, Iowa, and is a graduate of Albia High School. She is married to Todde Folkerts, the Lucas County Engineer, and together they have three children—Will (married to Sarah), Tyler, and Micaela (married to Vadim)—as well as five beloved grandchildren, Eleanor, Lucy, Garrett, Ada and Warner.
As the Administrative Assistant, Michelle plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the business. Her responsibilities include balancing farm accounts, handling client correspondence, preparing real estate transaction forms, and managing various tasks related to data entry and recordkeeping.
Before joining the real estate and farm management industry, Michelle worked at Columbus Elementary School for 13 years, where she developed strong organizational and communication skills that she now brings to her current role.
Michelle’s attention to detail, dedication to accuracy, and friendly approach make her an essential part of the team—and a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues alike.
